An Oregon woman tied a dude to a tree, tattooed nasty words on his face and left him tied to a tree, but she says she shouldn’t be punished — because another guy made her do it.
Chelsey Moore, who was taken into custody shortly after the victim called 911, told cops that she was “also a victim” — and her public defender says, “I don’t even know why she’s in jail.” The 38-year-old said a man named Efram Polanox forced her to commit the acts while he was holding a gun on her. Surveillance cameras from a nearby hospital show Moore and Polanox forcing the victim out of the facility against his will.
Both Moore and Palafox have been charged with first-degree kidnapping, assault, menacing and unlawful use of a weapon. Her lawyer also told the court that Moore has a brain tumor that might have impacted her actions. (Law and Crime)
