Yummy, yummy, yummy, this dog had much more than just love in her tummy.
According to an Instagram post by Australia’s Animal Emergency Service, Scooter the beagle was brought in after eating a bag of gummy worms weighing about 2.4 pounds.
Scooter’s family took the pup and her sister, Jada, into the hospital, since it was unclear how many gummy worms — or, as they apparently call them in Australia, jelly snakes — each dog had consumed.
“As it turns out, Scooter was responsible for almost the entire bag, while poor Jada had only managed a single jelly snake,” the post reads.
Luckily, both Scooter and Jada were successfully treated and are doing well back at home. Scooter, though, could probably use some lessons about sharing.
