If you’ve never been to the tiny town of Bug Tussle, Texas, you may never go, since all of its signs have been stolen.
ABC affiliate KLTV reports that more than 70 road signs were robbed from the town, which is home to just 15 people.
“People keep stealing them,” says resident Deborah Stout. “People just like the name Bug Tussle, and they steal the signs.”
While the Bug Tussle residents have no issue with the lack of signs, and even say it adds charm to the town, the Texas Department of Transportation isn’t so amused. In fact, the DoT has since stopped putting up Bug Tussle signs due to the thefts.
