Order #67 out at In-N-Out

Kids do the darndest things, including disrupting the reality of the numerical system thanks to their nonsense slang.

People has confirmed that the West Coast fast-food chain In-N-Out has removed the number 67 from its order ticketing system as 6-7 continues to be a viral Gen Alpha trend. That means once the system reaches order #66, it then jumps to #68 for the next order, completely bypassing #67.

If you’re confused by the 6-7 phenomenon, well, you’re not alone. In naming 6-7 the 2025 Word of the Year, Dictionary.com says, “It’s meaningless, ubiquitous, and nonsensical. In other words, it has all the hallmarks of brainrot.”

By the way, In-N-Out’s other banned order numbers include 69, for more obvious reasons.
