WARN letters now available for download on Employment Security website

You now have access to Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) letters that employers submit to the Employment Security Department to announce a layoff.

The notices are published on our WARN database webpage. We have redacted the names and addresses of affected employees to protect their privacy.

We are publishing the letters gradually. If you don’t see the one you want, check back later or contact [email protected].

Previously, anyone wanting a WARN letter needed to submit a public records request. We are pleased to announce that you no longer need to do that.
