It may be time to call in a pup-xorcist.
The Renegade Paws Rescue organization in Savannah, Georgia, has a dog up for adoption named Igor, who, according to a Facebook post, “We have reason to believe he’s a cursed Victorian child masquerading as a 10lb stuffed animal.”
“He was not born, he appeared,” the post continues. “No one remembers how or when. He materializes in doorways and stares at corners. He knows exactly what you did.”
Despite these dire warnings, Igor has found a foster parent in Kerry Farinha, who tells The Washington Post that the post is “pretty accurate.”
“I knew from the beginning he had a lot of personality,” Farinha says. “He gives major side-eye, major attitude and lots of growling, lots of barking.”
Still, Farinha maintains that “when [Igor’s] with the right person, he’s a little sweetheart.”
Farinha will be working with Renegade Paws Rescue to find the best home for Igor.
“He deserves the best home,” Farinha says. “I know the person who ends up with him will be in love with him as well.”
