So if youâre out there thinking that drinking Twisted Teas and smoking weed is ok, think again, itâs not!
On April 24th, 2025 an Officer with HRPD stopped a vehicle for various traffic infractions. During the contact, the adult male exhibited multiple indicators of impairment and showed signs which revealed he was impaired to a perceptible degree. The Officer later located a concealed firearm which the officer saw the driver concealing. The male later acknowledged the use of both the alcoholic beverage and the marijuana.
