If you’re out there drinking Twisted Teas, smoking marijuana and carrying around this 22 cal. Revolver, then this might be a clear sign of being totally toasted. 
So if you’re out there thinking that drinking Twisted Teas and smoking weed is ok, think again, it’s not!
On April 24th, 2025 an Officer with HRPD stopped a vehicle for various traffic infractions. During the contact, the adult male exhibited multiple indicators of impairment and showed signs which revealed he was impaired to a perceptible degree. The Officer later located a concealed firearm which the officer saw the driver concealing. The male later acknowledged the use of both the alcoholic beverage and the marijuana.
