NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ADOPTION
Pursuant to the City of The Dalles Charter, Chapter VIII, Section 31 notice is hereby given the City Council proposes to adopt, using the method of reading by title only:
General Ordinance No. 25-1412 Repealing TDMC 5.08.030(C) and amending TDMC Title 7 (Public Protection) by creating TDMC Chapter 7.22 (Fireworks); and
General Ordinance No. 25-1413 Amending TDMC 6.02 (Overnight Parking in City-Owned Parking Lots) for legal sufficiency
The proposed ordinances will be available for public inspection as an agenda item in the April 14, 2025 City Council Meeting agenda packet, available on the City website www.thedalles.org/Agendas no later than April 7, 2025.
The ordinances are proposed for adoption at the City Council Meeting of April 14, 2025 to be held in person at City Hall, 313 Court Street, The Dalles and Live Streamed at 5:30 p.m.
