The Dalles Police Department is requesting assistance locating Francisco Amador Dominguez who left the area of 7th and Snipes on foot approximately 3 hours ago.
Francisco was last seen wearing a brown shirt, jeans and sandals. Francisco has had a recent head injury that has caused him to be confused and disoriented.
