(NOTE CONTENT) An Iowa man who popped into the Kum & Go convenience store recently seems to have taken the name quite literally.
Kenneth Lee Kelly, 55, faces up to a year in jail after pleading guilty to pleasuring himself outside one of the convenience store chain’s Iowa locations, according to court records obtained by The Smoking Gun.
The situation gets even messier. Kelly was reportedly arrested in 2023 for committing the same lewd act at the same Kum & Go location.
In that instance, however, Kelly — who’s also been busted on theft and narcotics charges — denied the charges, suggesting he was just scratching an itch.
