ATM’s are popping up all over the place these days, but you’ll have to be a good swimmer to access one of Britain’s newest ATM locations.
It’s located on the side Sonning Bridge in Sonning-on-Thames, Berkshire between two of the bridge’s brick archways, just above the water, according to the Daily Mail.
The machine is the work of installation artist Impro, who created it as a protest against the widespread closing of area bank branches. So no, it’s not actually functioning.
It’s just the latest of Impro’s stunts, which include installing a mailbox at the same location and a Google Maps pin on a traffic circle.
