Oregon City Police Department Is Seeking Public Assistance in Locating Missing Endangered Female and Her Two Children

Maddie Holmes and her two children have all been safely located.  No further assistance is requested.

On June 3rd, 2024, the Oregon City Police Department responded to a missing person investigation near the 900 block of South End Rd.  During the investigation, it was determined 35-year-old Maddie Holmes left her mother’s residence two days prior on June 1st, with her two children 4-year-old Teagan and 5-year-old Axl.  Ms. Holmes is believed to be suffering from a mental health crisis.   

Ms. Holmes is a frequent visitor to various camping sites and may be in the vicinity of the Tillamook National Forest in Yamhill County.  Ms. Holmes is further described as a white female, 5’3’’ tall, weighing 180 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes. She drives a black 2011 Hyundai Sonata with Oregon license plate number 057PUL.
