The Goldendale City Council will be meeting this evening at 6pm. Items on the agenda include an executive session on Union negotiations, appointment of a temporary city administrator, and the 2024 first quarter budget review.
Initial reviews indicate collected revenue has decreased 13.6% since the prior year, due a change in receipting of tax revenues. Expenditures are up 42% compared to last year, with much of this being costs associated with the prosecuting attorney.
The meeting will be at city hall, is open to the public, citizens can attend in person or online, starting at 6pm for Goldendale City Council meeting this evening.
