Wasco County Planning is hosting a Virtual Open House on Wednesday, April 17 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. to present information, answer questions, and receive feedback on a package of amendments to the National Scenic Area Land Use and Development Ordinance (NSA LUDO). These amendments are proposed in response to several “housekeeping issues.” Some of the adjustments improve readability, while others are needed to bring the Ordinance into compliance with requirements from the Columbia River Gorge Commission’s Master Plan and the Federal Emergency Administration/State of Oregon floodplain rules.
