Cascade Locks, Ore. – The Hood River County Sheriff’s Office led a multi-agency luring operation in Cascade Locks on October 21st, 2023, resulting in the arrest of two individuals.
On October 21st, 2023, Hood River County Sheriff’s Office detectives conducted a luring sting with the assistance of the Oregon State Police, Hood River City Police, Sherman County Sheriff’s Office, City of The Dalles Police, Wasco County Sheriff’s Office, and Homeland Security.
Abel Cornejo-Reyes (26), of Hillsboro, was arrested on charges of Luring a Minor, Online Sexual Corruption of a Minor (1st Degree), and probation violations. Joseph Migliaccio (58), of Hood River, was arrested on charges of Luring a Minor and Online Sexual Corruption of a Minor (1st Degree).
