KSHB reports that Kansas City officials are scratching their heads over how someone was able to leave a whole house underneath a city bridge without anyone noticing.
The blue and somewhat beat-up building was tucked underneath the bridge by 23rd Street and Manchester Trafficway.
Authorities are now trying to piece together who is responsible. So far, a suspect has not been named.
Meanwhile, Kansas City says it is struggling with illegal dumping. In recent years, the city launched a hotline for people to anonymously leave tips.
But even that wasn’t enough to stop one person from leaving a mobile home under a bridge.
