Word of advice: If you’re running an illicit drug factory, maybe you shouldn’t run it in the back of a pizza parlor.
WHBQ reports a Florida pizza parlor owner is behind bars for his nefarious side hustle. The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office claims Blerim Ljena, who owns Brickhouse Pizza, was dealing drugs while he was making pizza pies.
Police went undercover and made at least five drug deals with Ljena.
Authorities then raided the place and found at least 11 different types of drugs such as cocaine, morphine and meth. They also found his burner phone, which they say he used to make deals on the side.
Ljena faces nine counts of possessing a controlled substance, five counts of trafficking amphetamine, operating a drug house, selling drugs, trafficking butanediol and unlawful use of a two-way communications device.
