PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Police say one man was shot and killed and another was shot and expected to survive on Wednesday afternoon in Southeast Portland. The Portland Police Bureau said in news release that Portland police responded shortly before 4 p.m. to the incident reported near Southeast 119th Avenue and Stark Street. Police Lt. Nathan Sheppard says officers found two people “struck by gunfire” in the area. The person or people who fired at the men left the area before officers were arrested. No arrests have been made.
