A robber attacked a pizza shop worker in Pittsburgh on Wednesday, making off with the shop’s cash register. And the suspect was able to pull off the heist armed only with a ladle.
The worker was locking up the shop around 2:30 a.m. when two males approached him from behind and forced him back into the business, police tell WPXI.
One of the men then hit the victim over the head with a ladle before taking off with the entire cash register.
The worker was not seriously hurt, according to police.
No arrests have been made in the robbery.
