They are now asking the state for a refrigerated morgue truck. The Tillamook County Board of Commissioners said the spread of the delta variant of the coronavirus in the county has reached a critical phase. As Oregon shatters its record for daily COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations continue to overwhelm the health system, an outdoor mask mandate was reinstated in the state on Friday.
