3:45pm Appleton tender now on scene. So far fire being kept south of the ridge.
3:31pm Far west flank of fire getting handled. Hand crew now on scene. 718 now staged at the microwave tower.
3:10pm Winds are blowing ESE at ~20 mph.
2:56pm Fire has not crested the hill but is running uphill.
2:54pm Fire bosses on their way for air support.
