A partnership between the cities of Mosier and Hood River brings Mosier water customers seamless utility billing by mail and online, with an online payment option.
The City of Hood River begins meter reading and billing for Mosier utility customers in January. Customers may now pay utility bills by mail or online with XpressBillPay.com. Information is available on the City of Mosier’s website with easy instructions for setting up online payments.
