Washington lawmakers at the start of the current legislative session are hearing strong outcries from local business owners struggling during the pandemic, many have been forced to shut down completely.
14th district Legislator Gina Mosbrucker has introduced a piece of legislation that strongly addresses the issue.:
Mosbrucker also continues to serve on the Labor and Workplace Standards Committee trying to deal with the Employment Security Department’s problems with unemployment fraud and the inability to get timely unemployment checks to those who have legitimately filed for benefits.
