MAN CRASHES CAR INTO MONTANA GROCERY STORE AND FLEES

COLUMBIA FALLS, Mont. (AP) — Authorities in Montana had an interesting case on their hands last week. A man crashed his car into a grocery store in Columbia Falls. He then drove away and ended up ditching his car — and his clothes — before he was captured. Police say the man drove through the front of the store, kept going once inside — then turned around and drove out the way he came in. Eventually police tracked down the vehicle, which had crashed into a trailer. They got a report that a man was running around nude in a nearby retirement home. Eventually authorities determined the naked man was involved in the crashes. Police suspect that drugs played a role in all of this.
