When semi-trucks go ‘number two’ on the highway

It was a craptastic scene in Connecticut as slippery, slimy conditions turned Interstate 95 into a disaster zone, when a truck leaking fecal matter hit the highway.

The chaos unfolded late at night in Bridgeport, where the northbound lanes became a slippery slide of grossness. As many as 10 vehicles and even a motorcyclist found themselves in a not-so-delightful encounter with the feces-covered pavement, according to The New York Post

To make matters worse, the leaking truck just kept on truckin’, leaving a trail of funk in its wake until the authorities tracked down the culprits.

34-year-old Shaky Steevenson Joseph was arrested and faces 12 counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, one count of reckless driving and one count of operating a vehicle without a proper load cover.

In the end, no major injuries were reported, but the stretch of interstate affected was closed for three hours.
