Utah’s win over Southern California muddled the Pac-12′s path to the College Football Playoff. The conference now has one undefeated team, two with one loss and the 15th-ranked Utes hanging around with two losses. The odds aren’t exactly stacked in the Pac-12′s favor, but it still has a CFP shot if the rest of the season plays out just right. UCLA is still undefeated with games against Oregon and USC coming up. The Ducks have to play Utah after the UCLA game and close out with a rivalry game against Oregon State. The Trojans face Notre Dame late in the season, but the shine of that game has come off with the Irish struggling.
