It’s that time of year, so the financial folks over at WalletHub are as busy as Santa’s elves, crunching numbers to determine which cities have the best bang for your buck to celebrate Christmas.
After calculating data on everything from the availability of gift shops and toy store locations, to seasonal sightseeing opportunities, crime statistics, and COVID restrictions in 100 big cities, Wallethub determined that Atlanta, Georgia is on top of its “nice” list.
North Las Vegas ranked dead last, at #100 — done in, in part, because it has the fewest toy stores. However, Las Vegas proper ranked third. Guess there’s still time to make that Naughty List, seeing as whatever happens there, stays there.
Here are WalletHub’s Top Ten Best Cities for Christmas:
1. Atlanta, GA
2. Orlando, FL
3. Las Vegas, NV
4. Pittsburgh, PA
5. San Francisco, CA
6. Seattle, WA
7. Los Angeles, CA
8. Cincinnati, OH
9. New York, NY
10. Portland, OR
