Man sentenced to prison for selling drugs that killed man

MOUNT VERNON, Wash. (AP) — A 24-year-old Friday Harbor man was sentenced to four years and three months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of controlled substance homicide. Logan Allan Eby pleaded guilty to selling the fentanyl-laced drugs that killed 24-year-old Frank Gray of Anacortes in 2019. According to court documents, Eby sold the drugs to Gray, whom he knew was trying to stay clean.
