Seattle police: body found in grass in West Seattle

SEATTLE (AP) — Detectives are investigating after a West Seattle resident found a body in the grass across the driveway of their home. The Seattle Police Department said a neighbor spotted a body off the road and near some trees on 25th Ave SW. Investigators said the body belonged to an adult man and there were signs of trauma. A neighbor on the same block called dispatch earlier Monday to report several recycling bins knocked down in the street. Police are working to determine if the incidents are related.
