Reward Offered in 2018 Tajhoendre Price Homicide

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public’s help to solve the October 2018 homicide of Tajhoendre Price.

On Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at 1:35 a.m., Portland Police officers responded to the Glass House Tavern, located at 9710 Northeast Sandy Boulevard, on the report of gunfire and one person down on the ground.

Officers arrived in the area and located an adult male lying on the sidewalk near the Glass House Tavern. The man was believed to be suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Medical personnel arrived and confirmed the victim, 27-year-old Tajhoendre Mykell Price of Burns Oregon, was deceased.

An autopsy was performed by a member of the Oregon State Medical Examiner’s Office, who determined that Price died from homicidal violence as a result of multiple gunshot injuries.

Investigators have releases surveillance images and video of two people who may or may not have information about the shooting and are asking for the public’s help in identifying one or both people. Video is available for viewing and download at
