City of The Dalles State of Emergency Extended

Pursuant to the City’s State of Emergency of the City that was declared on March 17, 2020 and was set to expire on April 17, 2020, the City Manager has the ability to extend the state of emergency in two-week increments, as long as COVID-19 continues to pose an ongoing threat to the health and safety of the City.

Due to the on-going State “Stay Home” order, the City Manager has extended the City’s state of emergency for an additional two weeks, to May 1, 2020.  This state of emergency may be extended in two week increments, so will be re-evaluated again the week of April 27, to determine if an additional extension will be required.

City staff continue to respond to voicemails and emails as quickly as possible during this time.
