Columbia Gateway Express, opens for season, expands to 7-day year-round operation

On Friday May 25, ODOT crews will greet riders and help kick off the third season of the Columbia Gorge Express bus service which, for the first time, will now reach east to Cascade Locks and Hood River.
On June 11, what has been a FridaySaturdaySunday service will start operating seven days a week, year-round.
On Friday, ODOT crews will help inaugurate the service at the Gateway Transit Center. The first bus leaves at 8:30 a.m. for Rooster Rock State Park, Multnomah Falls, Cascade Locks and Hood River.
