SALEM, Ore. (AP) — Police are searching for a 7-year-old boy who was last seen leaving his Salem elementary school after dismissal.
Salem Police say Dillon Wood walked alone from Hallman Elementary School around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say he lives near Northgate Park and is known to frequent the park area.
He’s described as 4 feet tall with a thin build, blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black polo style shirt, blue jeans and black or blue shoes. He was carrying a transformers backpack.
Anyone with information about the boy’s whereabouts is asked to contact Salem police at 503-588-6123.
