ROSEBURG, Ore. (AP) — A medical examiner has ruled that an accidental, self-inflicted gunshot caused the death of a man in Roseburg last week.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office announced the finding Monday, and said there would be no criminal charges in the case.
Sgt. Brad O’Dell identified the victim as Josman Cereceres of Portland. The 23-year-old was shot Friday night and later pronounced dead Mercy Medical Center.
