YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) — Police in Yakima, Wash., say a 23-year-old woman was injured early Sunday in an apparent drive-by shooting.
The woman had several gunshot wounds and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Her wounds did not appear to be life-threatening.
Police say several shots were fired into the front of the home from the street.
They say a family member who once lived at the home was a former gang member, though the injured woman did not appear to have ties to a gang.
